Terms of Service

1. Scope
These Terms govern the use of "ThinkScore" at think-score.com, operated by Admir Berisha (see imprint).

2. Service
ThinkScore is an online self-assessment of cognitive abilities. It is NOT a clinically validated IQ test and does not replace professional psychological assessment. Results are indicative only.

3. Price & Payment
Unlocking your result is a one-time payment of CHF 2.90. Payment is processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). It is a one-time payment — no subscription, no recurring fees.

4. Contract
The contract is concluded upon successful payment via Stripe. The result is then displayed immediately.

5. Right of withdrawal & Refund
For digital content delivered immediately after payment, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under Swiss law. For EU customers, the right of withdrawal under Art. 16(m) EU CRD expires once the customer explicitly consents to immediate performance and thereby loses the right of withdrawal. By clicking "Unlock result" you give this consent.

6. Liability
You use the test at your own risk. Liability for damages resulting from interpretation of results is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Governing law & venue
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bern.
