2. What data we process
ThinkScore does not operate its own database. All data listed below is processed exclusively by the named data processors in their infrastructure.
- Quiz: Your answers are scored server-side. They are not persisted by us or by any third party. Your score is transmitted in a signed token in the browser URL and discarded at the end of the session.
- Payment: Stripe processes payment data (card, name, email) as our data processor. We only receive the payment confirmation. Stripe privacy: https://stripe.com/privacy
- Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile processes your IP address and a session cookie when you click "Unlock result", to distinguish humans from bots. No tracking takes place. Cloudflare privacy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
- Optional: Email address if you opt in to receive your result by email. Delivered via Resend. Privacy: https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Logs: IP address and user agent are processed for up to 7 days by our host Vercel for security and billing. Vercel privacy: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

3. Legal basis
Performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / Art. 31 revFADP) and legitimate interest in operational security.

4. Retention
Quiz answers: not stored beyond processing.
Payment data: by Stripe per its retention rules.
Email address: only for delivery, then deleted (unless legally required).

5. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Requests to: support@think-score.com

6. Cookies
We only use strictly necessary cookies: Stripe session cookies during checkout and a Cloudflare Turnstile session cookie for bot detection on the unlock page. No tracking or advertising cookies, no cookies during the quiz itself.
